Consider offering the Sanctuary Candle for your prayer intentions. A Sanctuary Candle or Sanctuary Lamp is a perpetually lit candle that symbolizes the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament reserved in the tabernacle. This light also reminds us that Jesus Christ is the “Light of the World.”
The Parish Life Apostolate Giving Tree is up! Please take a tag and purchase the gift! Please return the gift with the tag attached by December 15th. If you take a tag and decide you cannot purchase the gift, please return the tag to the tree so someone else can purchase the item.

Please place your new and gently used toy donations in the boxes located in the church entryways. Used toys must be in fair to excellent condition and worth cleaning and re-giving as gifts.

Our Lady of Fatima will participate in the Michigan Center Lions Club Christmas Parade on Saturday, November 30th!
We need people! We will be passing out candy canes with an invitation to Christmas Masses and info about Our Lady of Fatima. Call the Parish Office if you are interested in participating.
On Sunday, November 24th, our St. Vincent de Paul Society will once again be delivering everything you need to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal to all those in need in our community. Visit our website for more information on how to request a basket or to volunteer to help.
We are looking for people to serve as sacristans for the 8:00 am and 10:30 am Sunday Masses. Duties include setting up before Mass and cleaning up afterwards. If interested, let Amy Parrish know at [email protected] or call the Parish Office at 764-2088.
The next Parish Council Meeting is Tuesday, November 19th at 7 pm. All registered parishioners are welcome to attend. Meeting is held in the Parish Office.
Join us for a Memorial Mass on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 at 6:00 pm (candle lighting ceremony will begin after praying the rosary at 5:30 pm). This Mass will be for anyone you many have lost this year or for any family member or friend that you would like to honor.
All Saints Day is Friday, November 1st. Masses will be held at 8:30 am and at 6:00 pm. The Feast of All Saints is a Holy Day of Obligation, and all Catholics are required to attend Mass on that day (unless there's a serious reason, such as illness).

Join us for Life Chain this Sunday, October 6th from 2:30 - 3:30 pm. Our peaceful prayers and public witness are necessary now more than ever. Our Lady of Fatima parishioners will be standing on the north side of Michigan Avenue between S. Wisner and S. Bowen Street.
This month we remember the unborn in our prayers. Every year parishes from the Lansing Diocese are encouraged to offer Holy Hours, especially praying the Rosary in front of the Blessed Sacrament, for the ending of this procedure in our world. For the week of October 6-13, we will designate our weekly adoration times to this cause and add an extra time on Sunday, October 6th.
Catholics are called to participate in elections by evaluating candidates with a conscience formed by the truths of the faith. The Michigan Catholic Conference website provides numerous resources to Catholics in Michigan who are preparing to vote in the November 2024 election.
